Interesting. I am curious to know whether plane travel carries a higher risk of radiation than normal flying over the South Atlantic Anomaly. I keep hearing that the weakened area has ‘no effect’ on human life, but then also reading that the magnetic field ‘protects us from harmful radiation’, so there must be enhanced levels?
